How it works

A gentle process, from first call to first week.

Six steps. No rushing. No high-pressure follow-ups.

  1. 01

    A real conversation

We start with a 30–45 minute phone call. No forms first. We want to hear about your loved one — their personality, their routines, their medical needs, what they want to keep and what they're ready to let go of.

  2. 02

    Care assessment

Together we map out the actual level of care your loved one needs today, and what's likely in the next two to three years. This protects against moving once and having to move again.

  3. 03

    A focused shortlist

Within a few days we send a shortlist — usually three to five communities — with honest pros and cons, photos, monthly pricing ranges, and a note on why each one made the list.

  4. 04

    Tours, coordinated for you

We arrange visits. We tell each community what you care about so the tour is meaningful, not a sales pitch. Wherever we can, we join you in person or by video.

  5. 05

    The decision, on your time

Some families decide in a week, others take months. Either is fine. We don't follow up to pressure — we follow up to answer questions.

  6. 06

    Move-in support

We help with paperwork, downsizing referrals, moving day logistics, and we check back in the first week and the first month. Because the move-in is rarely the end of the questions.
